Lovely balcony with views over the hills to the sea. Only 15-20 minutes walking distance from the beach and town areas of Moraira, complete with a variety of waterfront bars and restaurants as well as a choice of sandy beaches. Moraira has its own Yacht marina and children’s fun park. Also a 15 minute drive to the nearby town of Javea and Montgo National park with a variety of hiking and nature walks.
