Set up in 2007, The Residences started life as ´Murcia Vacations´, a provider of beautiful self-catered holiday accommodation on the Warm Coast, or Costa Cálida, in Murcia, South East Spain. Following many years of helping travellers create their perfect stay, Murcia Vacations became ´The Residences´. Focusing on providing carefully selected accommodation for Golf Guests who play the 4 world-class

GNK courses, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, El Valle and the Signature course Condado del Alhama. Working closely with golf course owners GNK, we now exclusively provide accommodation to golfers who reserve their golf stays to play the four courses, and have become renowned for the high quality of our accommodation, great customer service and friendly, multi-lingual team. We are centrally located at the heart of La Torre Golf Resort, one of the most established and popular golf resorts in the region. Murcia, in the South East of Spain, is a relatively hidden gem and offers so much to those who visit. The Costa Cálida is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline which enjoys a year-warm micro-climate and 330 days of sunshine per year. Known best for the Mar Menor (small sea) and the famous La Manga and La Manga Club, the area has grown in popularity in recent years, however still offers visitors a tranquil stay, naturally beautiful areas, a low-rise skyline and an authentic taste of Spanish life. Put simply, beautiful self-catered holiday accommodation in one of the best parts of Spain. We also provide:
