This property is a south facing 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, Detached Sabina Villa which sleeps 4-6 people (extra guests accommodated by double sofa-bed in lounge)
The villa has just undergone complete internal redecoration.
There is parking at the property.
It is available for holiday rental all year round.
The decoration is fresh and clean and all essential home items are provided for a comfortable stay.
The property has its own private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and also a shaded dining / seating area and bbq on the ground floor.
There is also a roof terrace which has comfy seating and sun loungers to enjoy all day sunshine or a beautiful evening sunset.
All home comforts including satellite TV with a high number of channels covering children’s entertainment, sports and movies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle etc.
There is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Beach towels are provided for use around the pool or for the days you venture out to the nearby beaches.
La torre is a gated community with 24 hour security. The property is found in a very quiet one-way street. The local Spar supermarket is within a stone’s throw from the property.
The trees and grass areas are always well kept all year round.
The household waste bins are just a one minute walk from the property.
There are several communal pools on the complex which are within walking distance as well as tennis courts, mini football pitches and many children’s play areas to keep the kids entertained.
A great range of restaurants and bars are approx. 5- 10min walk from the property including -
La Vinoteca - located inside the Hilton La Torre Hotel,
an elegant bar and tapas restaurant. It offers a wide range of tapas and also a wide selection of drinks and cocktails.
Trattoria Acacia - Italian cuisine, in a perfect location next to the lake. It features pasta, pizza and risotto as well as equally delicious meat and fish dishes.
Rangla Punjab - beautifully authentic Indian cuisine with views of the lake and golf course.
Blue Collar - Mediterranean / modern European, English, Thai restaurant overlooking the lake and golf course.
Oleary’s Sports bar - a newly opened Irish bar which serves food, drinks, cocktails and has several large screens for sports and an outside pool area.
