This magnificent 2-bed villa is located in the popular Mar Menor Golf Resort. It is conveniently situated between Los Alcazares and Torre Pacheco in Murcia, South East Spain. A 15-minute drive from Murcia airport and Los Alcazares (beaches of the Mar Menor) and about an hour’s drive from Alicante Airport, this south facing detached villa with a 6mX3m private swimming pool is within walking distance to the 5 Star Hotel InterContinental Mar Menor, supermarket. Not to be missed, a lovely modern two bedroom, two bathroom villa located in the popular Mar Menor Golf Resort. It is a south facing detached villa with a south facing private swimming pool and near all the amenities! The villa is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped. Features include a spacious lounge with high ceiling, comfortable seating for 4, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, UK TV, WIFI and air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.
