Welcome to the page for Villa Saudi part of the Waterfront Malaga portfolio.
I have created this page to warn others of how bad this villa is and that the pictures and reviews do not depict reality.
We recently stayed at Villa Saudi and paid nearly £8000 for 2 weeks with its promise luxury. The reviews are fake on the website and only good because they audit and manage the reviews.
The villa is disgusting and falling apart.
Key issues:-
-Swimming pool broken and green
-Aircon doesn't work and leaks in every room
-Hot tub does not work and is cold
-Hot tub decking broken and rotting
-Tiles fittings are broken everywhere
-This is not a 5 bedroom villa its 4 bedroom with a garage. one of the bedrooms is in the garage
-Downstairs has been flooded and is damp and stinks
-Basement ensuite shower floods if you use it
-Bedding it not clean on arrival its still used from previous
-Games room has no lighting
-Pool table Cues are all broken so you cant use it
-All the seating is falling apart and disgusting
-Tables and chairs are falling apart all areas
-All cutlery and kitchenware not clean and old most of it broken
-Threatening staff, they don't tell you about a deposit until you arrive and then threaten you for the money
-They actually charge you for electric on top of your stay!
-No customer service Once they have your money they are not interested so do not visit or pay for any properties linked to waterfrontmalaga.com
Our holiday was ruined, not only that the deposit we were threatened into giving has not and will not be returned which is £450.
