Esta noche compartimos una de nuestras últimas cenas con clientes…
y el corazón se llenó de emociones difíciles de explicar.

Después de tantos años, hay algo profundamente triste en saber que estos momentos llegan a su final. Las conversaciones alrededor de la mesa, las copas levantadas, las risas compartidas, los silencios cómodos… todo eso ha formado parte de nuestra vida durante 21 años.

Pero junto a la tristeza también hay una inmensa gratitud.
Porque hemos tenido la suerte de conocer personas maravillosas que llegaron como clientes y terminaron formando parte de nuestra historia.

Esta casa nos regaló mucho más que un trabajo.
Nos regaló vínculos, recuerdos y amistades que permanecerán para siempre.

Tonight we shared one of our final dinners with guests…
and our hearts were filled with emotions that are hard to put into words.

After so many years, there is something deeply sad about knowing these moments are coming to an end. The conversations around the table, the raised glasses, the shared laughter, the comfortable silences… all of it has been part of our lives for 21 years.

But alongside the sadness, there is also immense gratitude.
Because we have been lucky enough to meet wonderful people who arrived as guests and became part of our story.

This home gave us so much more than a job.
It gave us connections, memories, and friendships that will remain forever.

How fortunate we have been 💫❤️

These last few weeks have been especially emotional…

With every farewell, every hug, and every returning guest visiting us one last time, we feel both the weight and the beauty of everything we have shared over the past 21 years.

Many of you arrived as guests and, over time, became friends. You have seen the seasons change around this house, watched the gardens grow, shared meals, conversations, laughter, and moments that have become part of our story.

We won’t pretend that saying goodbye is easy. There is sadness, yes, but above all there is immense gratitude. Gratitude for your trust, your kindness, and your companionship throughout these years.

This chapter is coming to an end, but the friendships, memories, and connections created here will remain long after these doors close.

Because some places may close…
but the people who made them special remain forever in our hearts.

Estas últimas semanas están siendo especialmente emotivas…

Con cada despedida, con cada abrazo, con cada cliente que regresa por última vez, sentimos el peso y la belleza de todo lo vivido durante estos 21 años.

Muchos de vosotros llegasteis como huéspedes y, con el paso del tiempo, os convertisteis en amigos. Habéis visto cambiar las estaciones en esta casa, crecer los jardines, compartir mesas, conversaciones, risas y momentos que forman ya parte de nuestra historia.

No vamos a negar que decir adiós está siendo difícil. Hay tristeza, sí, pero sobre todo hay una inmensa gratitud. Gratitud por vuestra confianza, vuestro cariño y vuestra compañía durante tantos años.

Este capítulo llega a su fin, pero las amistades, los recuerdos y los lazos creados permanecerán mucho más allá de estas paredes.

Porque algunos lugares se cierran…
pero las personas que los hicieron especiales permanecen para siempre en el corazón. 💫

To hold a dream over time,
to work as a family,
to create a home that could be shared with others.

Here we learned that true beauty is not only what you see,
but what you feel.

And that… is what will always remain.

Hoy caminamos este espacio con otra mirada…

Cada piedra, cada rincón, cada paso hacia la casa guarda historias que han dado forma a estos 21 años.

Este lugar ha sido hogar, refugio y encuentro.
Y ahora, poco a poco, comenzamos a despedirnos.

No desde la tristeza,
sino desde el profundo agradecimiento por todo lo vivido.

Every stone, every corner, every step toward the house holds stories that have shaped these 21 years.

This place has been a home, a refuge, and a meeting point.
And now, little by little, we begin to say goodbye.
