When the organic lemon tree at Villa Sahara gives you a ton of lemons, you make:
💁🏻‍♀️lemonade (of course)
💁🏻‍♀️lemon glaze
💁🏻‍♀️lemon ginger jam
💁🏻‍♀️lemon curd (made with free range eggs from the happiest chickens ever) ...then you take all those peels, soak them in white vinegar, and get yourself some amazing Eco-friendly cleaner. Might as well finish off all that work with a refreshing G&T 💛

Pretty maids all in a row...our organic níspero jam is ready! Our first guests of the season come on Friday...hopefully they enjoy this special treat!

Time to make our famous organic níspero jam! These nísperos are grown on site, marinated overnight, de-seeded, then lovingly stirred for hours to make our guests the perfect little welcome gift. .

One of the best parts of coming down to Villa Sahara to prep for the season is the organic fruit we get to pick. Lemons, oranges, and nisperos are ready! We’ll be making our famous organic níspero jam for our guests, and with the abundance of lemons around, we’re considering a trial of lemon preserves. Who has a good recipe?
