One of the things we love most about Casa La Siesta is being surrounded by incredible local producers.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of meeting Ute at , where she showed us around her vineyard. We learned all about her winemaking process before tasting some of the beautiful wines.

Naturally, we brought a bottle of the red back to enjoy with a Solomillo steak dinner cooked by our wonderful chef, Connie.
