Vejer de la Frontera

Become lost in the culture, history, and tangled streets of Vejer de la Frontera, stopping for tapas, a glass of sherry or chilled w**e along the way.

El Castillo. Vejer’s castle commands the highest part of the old town. It was built in the tenth and eleventh centuries on the foundations of an earlier fortification. From its weapons’ courtyard, battlements can be accessed to enjoy beautiful views of the town and ocean.

A three day celebration at Casa La Siesta.

Day One — Welcome to Vejer
Begin the celebrations in the charming old town of Vejer de la Frontera. Wander through its whitewashed streets, discover hidden corners and gather for an evening of good food, drinks and introductions as guests arrive from near and far.

Day Two — The Wedding
A day spent getting ready with your closest friends and family, followed by a ceremony and celebrations throughout the grounds of Casa La Siesta. From the first toast to dancing well into the night, every moment unfolds in the beauty of the Andalusian countryside.

Day Three — The Recovery
Guests return to Casa La Siesta for a long, leisurely lunch and a much-needed dip in the pool. A relaxed afternoon of good food, sunshine and stories from the night before — the perfect way to bring the weekend to a close.
