The Almeria area is subject to strict planning laws and is therefore free of the commercial bustle and over-development seen in some other areas of Spain. The Andalucian style apartments of Al Andalus Thalassa were built in 2007 and furnished to a high standard. Different residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains. There are two large communal pools and a separate children’s splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for both summer and winter breaks as it is the warmest, sunniest area of Europe with 326 days sunshine a year! It also boasts an indoor heated pool plus small gym area, whirlpool bath, water jet circuit, sauna and steam room. Other facilities on site include two tennis courts, a paddle court and a children's play area, all in your own back yard! The gated complex (residents cars only) is child-friendly and safe. All pools have life-guards for extra peace of mind. Parking is in a designated parking bay. The Property
