Hi fam, For the last few years we have been closed during Christmas and New Year. It makes sense for us, because during this time the team wants to spend time with family and it gives us the opportunity for a little reseat before the new year. It also means that the house has been empty for two weeks during this time … and that’s a shame. That’s why we are now opening the house up for you and your friends and family.

🎄RENT NINE FOR THE HOLIDAYS🎄
We’re opening up the entire Nine house for a full private rental over Christmas & New Years, and we’re offering it to our community first!
If you’ve been thinking of hosting a holiday pop-up, bringing your favorite nomad crew back together, or even gather your family/ friends to spend the holidays on Tenerife...the whole house could be yours.

The house will be rented out without the usual community, hosting, breakfast and activities. Just the house in all of it’s glory. You can rent it for one week or both weeks from the 24th of December until the 7th of January. Cleaning available.

Interested? Have a look at our website!!

See you at Nine! Anne, Silvia and Rebeca

Where is Nine Coliving?? 📍

Meet Room Mom & Dad 🤍

Named after Anne’s mom and dad and lovingly designed by mom herself. It’s our biggest room, full of historical features and cozy little spots to work, relax and feel at home. 🏡✨

A little piece of Nine’s history, with a true family touch.

Meet Rebeca!! Our Venezuelan, hot as hell🔥 social fire cracker. And let’s not forget … loyal dog lover 🙌🏼💜 Thanks to our own Lara who loves sunbathing on the roof, Rebeca found her way to Nine and ow are we happy she did. When we hired Rebeca we actually already had someone else we wanted to hire, but after having a last minute interview with her we knew she would be the perfect fit for our community and I know everyone who has met Rebeca agrees. To many more years indeed! 😘

Welcome home 🏠❤️

In the historical centre of La Orotava, a 19th‑century Canarian house has been transformed into a home where digital nomads live, work and meet. With sea and volcano views and a central location in the historic town, Nine offers digital nomads a one‑of‑a‑kind experience.

A little glimpse of La Orotava.

The town we’re lucky to call home and the home of Nine Coliving.❤️
Cobblestone streets, colorful corners, historic Canarian houses, mountain views and local life all around us. La Orotava isn’t just where Nine is located, it’s a big part of what makes the Nine experience so special.
Come for the coliving, fall in love with the town. 🌺
