Two, 2 bedroom apartments available for holiday rentals in the popular holiday area of Villamartin. Free swimming pool access & Wi-fi.

They are situated across the road from each, ideal for larger families/golfing parties who wish to holiday together. 2 bedroom apartments situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular holiday area of Villamartin. The apartments are surrounded by 3 community swimming pools (9 in total on the Urbanizacion all with free access). Both apartments have an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Bed

rooms have 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot is available on request (0-2 years). There is 1 family bathroom. Sensor controlled Air-conditioning (if no movement after a hour, it will switch off) is available free of charge in the lounge only however they are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A free standing fan is also available in each apartment. On street parking is available free of charge. Wi-fi is free throughout the property. Please note the apartments are accessible by a flight of stairs only. Casa Joleen sleeps up to 5 people, Casa Joleen 2 will sleep up to 6. The apartments are situated within easy walking distance of Villamartin Plaza, home to numerous bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes. A 3-4 minute walk from the apartments will take you to several bars and restaurants close to home. Within a few minutes drive away are several golf courses including the famous Golf Courses of Villamartin and La Manga. Also a few minutes drive away are the many blue flagged beaches of the Costa Blanca and the shopping area of La Zenia Boulevard, home to 150 stores making it the largest in the Alicante Province. The apartments are also situated equal distance from both Alicante Airport and the new Murcia International Airport (Approx 45 mins drive). Prices range from €40 per night (low season) to €57 per night (high season).

Lovely walk on this beautiful warm sunny October morning around the Mercado de Marineros (sailor's market) on Torreviejas Paseo VistaAlegre. Some wonderful stalls selling unique products and gifts.

We have also replaced the bath in Casa Joleen 2 with a walk-in shower with a handy little seat (there is one in Casa Joleen 1 too).
The furniture in the lounge has also been updated, unfortunately we no longer have the Sky & BT channels however we now have both English & Spanish channels to suit guests from both countries.
Dates currently available for September are 3rd - 14th inclusive, €55 per night, minimum 3 night stay.

Sorry for the long absence folks, but we have been busy bees whilst we were unable to welcome guests. We have completely renovated Casa Joleen 1 from top to bottom including replacing the bath with a walk-in shower.
Spain is returning to a more 'normal' way of life, masks are now only mandatory in shops and places where social distancing is not possible (ie street markets etc, some pubs may request you to use them when ordering drinks from the bar or using the rest rooms). Live entertainment and karaoke are returning to the bars. Beaches are starting to fill up again and Golf courses have opened up again.
We have had a busy July and August thanks mainly to our Spanish compatriots, hopefully now the UK has lifted a lot of its restrictions for the fully vaccinated we are hoping to welcome a lot more guests from the UK.

Dates available for September are 6th - 17th inclusive and 25th-30th, €50 per night, minimum 3 night stay. please message me for further details.

A very good afternoon spent exploring the area for bars and food. A 2-3 minute walk from the apartments will take you to several bars, Captain Morgan's Bar, Wolfies Bar and Illy's Bar. Illy's bar and Wolfie's bar do a very good Sunday Lunch, can recommend both. Typical pub grub is served in all three bars. If you fancy something a bit more Spanish, Toro restaurant is also only a 2/3 minute walk away.

Cheers Bar about 5 minutes walk, haven't visited this one yet though.

If you don't mind walking, Villamartin Plaza is only a 10 minute walk, with plenty of bars and restaurants catering to all tastes. 15 minutes walking (0.6miles) in the opposite direction from the flat will take you to Summer's Bar and several other bars. Half a mile further on you reach the Royal Oak pub (not tested this one yet😕) Continuing on this stretch of road for another half a mile (1.5 miles in total from the apartments) brings you to the Centro Commercial La Fuente and home to the Irish bar, The Stray Sod. Again typical English/Irish pub grub. Walking back to the apartments from the Stray Sod took us 35 minutes (and that was after 3 bottles of wine 🥂🥂)
