Must-do in Lanzarote: walk inside a volcano.

Volcán El Cuervo is about 40 minutes from our villas in Playa Blanca. One easy loop takes you around the rim and down into the crater, roughly an hour on foot. Go early, wear decent shoes.

The volcano has been quiet since 1730. You’ll be just as quiet by the pool that afternoon.

One of our personal favorite restaurants is L’Artista at Playa Blanca. Just a nine minute drive takes you to this Italian place that serves the best pasta and pizza, with a view straight on the ocean.

Also kind of a hidden gem since it’s not in plain sight when you’re taking a stroll down the boulevard, but just behind the other restaurants. Don't miss out!
