In Finland, August is the season of crayfish parties. This wonderful coastal tradition is all about enjoying seasonal crayfish with buttered toast, dill, and schnapps – in good company, of course.

At À La Kämp, we elevate the traditional crayfish party into a Lobster Feast, celebrating the king of all crustaceans: the lobster.
