The Apartment
The house is a 1984 built four level condo, and the apartment is located on the upper middle floor. There is a bedroom (with a door that can be closed), a living room, a kitchen, a wc/shower, a sauna, and a balcony.
There are hangers in the hallway cabinet with sliding mirror doors, where you may hang your clothing, during your stay. Also, in the bedroom there is a cabinet for storing your items on the shelves.
The balcony has glass windows that may be opened. To open the rightmost window, turn the k**b (requires a bit more turning than you would expect) and pull gently. To open more windows, slide them to the right. Balcony curtains may be pulled down by hand, or by making use of the rod, hanging in the balcony corner. Please, be careful to use the rod to only pull down (or push up) from the attachment bar, and not from the curtain material.
The bathroom floor misses sufficient tilt for the water will to run seamlessly to the drain, which is located under the shower cabin. So, if the floor gets wet, please use the squeegee to dry up the floor.
The floors in the hallway and living room are parquet, which should be kept dry, at all times. Please, make sure there is no water or moisture on the floors and in case they get wet, please wipe them dry, immediately, to avoid costly reparations. If you walk from the Sauna to the balcony, make sure you don’t drip water on the floors.
Furniture textiles are always sensitive for dirt. Please make sure that nothing spills on the beds, sofas or other furniture. Especially wine, tee, coffee are really impossible to wash away, and such spills will always bring along extra costs.
In the apartment you will find all typical necessities, to make your stay enjoyable:
- Bed linen, bath towel and face towel for each occupant.
- Toilet paper, tissues, hand towel, kitchen towel
- Soap, shampoo
- Tableware and cutlery
- Dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, other detergents and means for cleaning
