Aamu alkaa Havu Kitchenin aamiaisella, iltapäivä viipyilee Metsäkylpylässä ja illalla horisontti maalaa maisemaa.

Elokuun majoitukset täyttyvät nyt. Maisemasviitti, Metsäkylpylä, runsas aamiainen ja kolmen ruokalajin illallinen – kaikki sisältyvät vierailuusi huipulla. 🌲

Neljä keittiömestaria - Kaksi iltaa - 8 ruokalajin menu.🌲

10.–11.7. Havu Kitchenissä katetaan kahdeksan tarjoilun illallinen, jonka ovat rakentaneet yhdessä Havu Kitchenin keittiöpäällikkö Simo Paalanen sekä vierailevat kokit Piero Silvani, Tomi Berglund ja Ilari Kinnunen.🥖

Menu ammentaa inspiraatiota suomalaisesta luonnosta, sesongin parhaista raaka-aineista ja maailmalta mukaan tarttuneista makumuistoista. Menun päärooleissa nähdään Syvärin kuha ja kotimainen ankka, m***a muuten annamme yllätyksien puhua puolestaan.
