Joy of the day

Yoga practice surrounded by the rustling of the trees.

Our yoga practice is soft and enjoyable, it aims to balance body and mind bringing you back into your true nature of harmony and peace. The practice is based on an ancient system with a profound understanding of humans and our place in the world.

Our daily practices will bring you into a deep state of rest, allowing your body to rejuvenate and heal. Life truly feels different in a state of ease and health.

Our retreats are fully booked for 2024. We will soon publish our events for 2025, if you would like to experience Koto outside our scheduled events please contact us.

The joy of today; to encounter an eagle-owl so close I could feel his wings move the air on my chin. Him lifting soundlessly and softly disappearing among the trees, leaving this for me as a memory.
