Haluamme esitellä teille Feel Nordicin henkilökunnan. Esittelyn aloittaa "The Heart of the House" ❤️ Larissa.
Jos kysyisit ulkopuoliselta henkilöltä, millainen ihminen Larissa on, saat ihan varmasti kuulla ainakin seuraavat adjektiivit: ihana, kaunis, lämmin, ammattitaitoinen ja huomioonottava. 🙂
Larissa toimii yrityksessä monitoiminaisena. Häneltä hoituvat asiakaspalvelu, varaukset, markkinointi, hallinnolliset työt, keittiö, siivous… you name it!
Larissalla asiakaspalvelu tulee suoraan sydämestä – hänelle on tärkeää, että asiakkaat viihtyvät.
Vapaa-ajallaan Larissa urheilee mielellään. 🏐Varsinkin lentopallo on lähellä sydäntä. Kuvassa Larissa koutsaa Rovaniemen joukkuetta voittoon. Kuvasta löytyy myös oma tytär Tiia.

We would like to introduce you to the Feel Nordic team. Our introductions start with the "Heart of the House" ❤️ Larissa.
If you asked someone from the outside what kind of person Larissa is, you would surely hear at least these adjectives: wonderful, beautiful, warm, professional, and considerate. 🙂
Larissa is truly a multi-talent in the company. She takes care of customer service, reservations, marketing, administrative work, the kitchen, cleaning… you name it!
For Larissa, customer service comes straight from the heart. It’s important to her that our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
In her free time, Larissa enjoys sports. 🏐Volleyball in particular is close to her heart. In the photo, Larissa is coaching the Rovaniemi team to victory. The picture also includes her own daughter, Tiia.
To quote Larissa:
"I’ll keep going on the playing fields as long as there’s breath left in me." 😅
