Syksyllä 1930 hotellissa aloittanut Vihtori Heinonen palveli Tammeria noin 50 vuoden ajan ja tuli tutuksi niin tamperelaisille seurapiireille kuin hotellin vieraillekin.

Hänen perintönsä elää yhä hotellissa! Vihtorin mukaan on nimetty tämä saunallinen Superior-huone sekä tunnelmallinen talvipuutarhatila Vihtorin Veranta💙

Meille on ilo saada kuulla, millaisia hetkiä vieraamme ovat kokeneet Tammerissa. Tänä vuonna olemme saaneet jälleen ihania palautteita! Tässä muutama niistä:

”Hieno tunnelma kulttuurihistoriallisessa rakennuksessa, paljon hienosti säilyneitä ja entisöityjä Art deco -ajan elementtejä. Erinomainen sijainti ja hyvät pysäköintimahdollisuudet. Palvelu erittäin miellyttävää ja sujuvaa.”

”Historiallinen paikka, jossa hienot yksityiskohdat. Perinteitä arvostavan suosikkikohde. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ravintolassa tuli esiin periaate ’asiakas on aina oikeassa’, joka on muualla katoavaa kansanperinnettä. Henkilökunta oli helposti lähestyttävää. Vuoteet olivat mukavat ja kylpyhuone oli moitteettomassa kunnossa. Suosittelen kaikille, jotka arvostavat itseään ja toisia.”

”Vierailumme Tammerissa oli enemmän kuin osasimme odottaa. Saimme upean Superior-huoneen, jossa oli parveke ja sauna. Toivomme pääsevämme samaan huoneeseen myös seuraavalla Tampereen-reissulla – aamupala parvekkeelle olisi täydellinen aloitus päivälle, kun aurinko paistaa. Aamupala oli erinomainen, ja sain vielä nurkkapöydän, josta näkyi upeasti Tammerkoski. Palvelu oli kaikkialla iloista, ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Hotellin sisustus on kaunis ja harmoninen – silmä todella lepää.”
