Need a ride? 🚕 Many of our customers travel to Vaasa using public transportation, but sometimes you just need a car ride from point A to B…Since helping our customers have a smooth stay is our TOP priority, we wanted to take away the stress of googling or wondering where to book a taxi in this city! 🤗

👱‍♀️ ✨ We’ve partnered up with Heidi - a taxi driver that stands out from the crowd. She was inspired to jump behind the wheel in order to meet different types of people and hear their unique stories. For her, taxi driving is a calling and a springboard towards her future dreams as an author.

So, if you’re ever in need of a ride (customer of ours or not), shout out to .heidi and she’ll get you where you need to be. If she’s not available, she will fix another super driver for you!✌️😎

Did you know that leaving a review on a booking platform can make a big difference for us for better or for worse? That's why the mentality of guests being shy to give 5 stars is sometimes frustrating for us. Why? Read below! 👇

Many of our customers give us a 4 star rating, along with the text "everything was perfect" - awesome to hear! 🙌 However, what they don't know is that booking platforms punish us for this rating for not giving a good experience to our guests... 🥺

So, next time you're reviewing an accommodation, keep the list in the picture in mind. As funny as it is, there's a great point in it - don't be shy to leave a 5 star rating if you've been happy with your stay! 🤩

And if there's room to improve, let us know so we can fix it right away for you! 💪😎
