We are delighted to announce that winter is over. Both the restaurant and the hotel are now open and operating on regular hours until the end of the year. During the break, the chef and the whole team have been preparing new menus and flavors. You are very welcome to discover what’s new on the plate and stay overnight for an immersive nature experience.
