Un garage fermé en sous-sol vous permettra d'y laisser votre voiture pour la durée de votre séjour, l'appartement étant situé à 2mn à pied du centre commercial Courier et à peine 10mn du centre historique et ses canaux. We welcome you to a new apartment with an equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso® machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) + washing machine in the bathroom which is equipped with a 120cm shower and suspended toilet. The parquet bedroom has a Queen size boxspring bed (160x200). The living room includes a sofa convertible into a 140x200 bed. A 4-seater table on the 7m² balcony will allow you to have breakfast or, in the evening, a glass of wine after a busy day with all the activities offered in Annecy and its surroundings. A closed garage in the basement will allow you to leave your car there for the duration of your stay, the apartment being located 2 minutes walk from the Courier shopping center and barely 10 minutes from the historic center and its canals.
