Some moments in the kitchen are a little bit of cooking… and a lot of magic ✨

Fillets of beef, gently basted in butter, a splash of Armagnac flambéed with green pepper, and a team effort to bring everything together.

A little twist on a classic Italian favourite 🍓✨

This strawberry tiramisu is all about layers: ladyfingers soaked in strawberry purée with a splash of blackcurrant liqueur (because a little fun never hurts 😉), a silky mascarpone cream made with egg yolks and sugar, lightened with a touch of whipped cream… because strawberries and cream were simply meant to be together.

Add fresh Gariguette strawberries, repeat the layers, and finish with a pretty strawberry pattern on top ❤️

A dessert that tastes like summer in a glass ☀️🍓

Chocolate, salted caramel, ganache, cream… this tart has the structural integrity of fine pâtisserie and the emotional impact of a bad decision made in excellent lighting. ✨

These little beauties were made during our April pâtisserie course, where self-control was tested severely and “I’ll just take a tiny slice” became a complete work of fiction.
