Last day of the heatwave…our lovely guests, now ‘framily’ have had fab weather for their 11/12 visit, we can’t remember how many it has actually been over the last 9 years! We have spent the last 4 christmases together and life long friends! Just planning our next trip! 💗

Just went for a beautiful tea and cake / cookie in Hiyori tearoom in st savinien! 5 mins drive away! Absolutely delish! I have the matin à Londres (morning in London) tea and it was delicious! Highly recommend!! 💗🇫🇷 sorry, forgot to take a pic before myself and my friend had tucked in to the sweet stuff 😂😂😂

One year ago today we said goodbye to our gorgeous dog Fiki (rafiki). She became friends to many of our guests here at Maison H and so should be remembered and have her own little day! The best dog anyone could wish for 💗. She loved meeting new adults and children alike (and their dogs too if they came along). Here’s to Fiki day x

A before and after of front hedge! Another job jobbed! Tomorrow a w**d of the driveway and that’s done for another couple of weeks! First guests (now friends) arriving in under two weeks so everything needs to be looking perfect! Can’t wait!
Only one more large garden job to do until autumn and we are on that tomorrow! I’ve never done so much gardening 😂😂! Really enjoying helping out though for sure!
