And part of making PCC here is joining in with the life around us.

Patrimoine. Heritage. The local knowledge, traditions and everyday habits that give a place its character. We believe in local, in-season food, real relationships and routes curated from our lived experiences.

So, in autumn, that means mushroom foraging. I mean, how could we not?! 🍄‍🟫 Omelette or stew? Pumpkins on the table. And yes, we roast chestnuts. They are delicious, especially with the right glass of w**e or cup of tea.

We’re bike geeks, of course. But our enthusiasm for this place goes well beyond the riding.

Local food. Local friendships. Routes we know because we ride them. That’s how we do things at PCC. And that’s what we’re inviting you into.

September in the Mediterranean Pyrenees might be our favourite time of year.

Figs on the trees. Blue skies. Golden light around 6 p.m. Temperatures made for riding, followed by a lovely meal prepared fresh on site.

This month, we’ve welcomed groups from around the world, riding everything from road bikes to gravel bikes to mountain bikes and e-bikes. Different routes, different bikes, one thing in common: we love riding, and we love exploring.
