Formerly a Carmelite Convent from the 17th century, the Jules Cesar has become a luxury hotel, a combination of past elements from the 18th century with contemporary art. Entirely renovated between the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 by fashion designer Christian Lacroix, this establishment is a surprising gem. At the same time part of the rich history of this region and definitively modern, this magnificent hotel offers a five-star comfort, a gourmet restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a lounge and a bar where our guests can enjoy a drink together. Outside, our guests can feel the timelessness of this place and wander around for a stroll amongst the Cloister and its gardens, amidst the warm Mediterranean wafts of scent…
