Lunch at Les Grands Buffets. The restaurant is dedicated to Auguste Escoffier and to preserving his traditional 19th century French cuisine. The “all you can eat restaurant“ features over 150 dishes as well as the largest cheese selection in any restaurant in the world. We did our best to try as many as we could!

Olive tree haircut day at Mimarmel.

A visit today to the museum about 35 mins drive from Mimarmel. This museum features an enormous collection of street art and recycled art. The museum has only been open about five years and what is particularly impressive is that almost all the artwork is done by one person.

Lovely day for a walk along the with the snow topped in the distance.

A few days in Paris. Early January is a good time to visit as the hotels are better value, there are fewer tourists and the Christmas decorations are still up!
