EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

It's that time again! And we're a couple of days late again! To be fair we had a busy weekend and we're now relaxing in Southern Spain for a few days.

We're happy to announce that our devoted summer helper - Lizzie - has won the August award for the many hours changing beds over and hoovering.

A quick dash back to the UK to celebrate some big birthdays with some wonderful peeps!

Thanks to everyone for organising stuff, for all the photos and very entertaining fun times.

Parkrun Cherry popped, dressing like Dolly Parton nailed and Bog Snorkellers cheers all in our new Scoutfits or Fancy Geoff attire.

Fab to meet the first Brazilian Bog-snorkeller .in.4k and see taking on an epic year long adventure for charity.

We're sorry that the voting comittee hasn't been able to convene recently, but thankfully they found a window in July and after counting all of the votes - Geoff was the winner!!

It's a big weekend for the Luchon Valley. is hosting free concerts in town and in some glorious mountain locations.

We can't wait to get our dancing shoes on and polish our jazz hands.

One of the best weekends in Luchon.

Massive congratulations to all the participants and organisers. Our self catered guests took on the 42km route and found higher, harder and hotter than expected!

S U M M E R P U D D I N G

Let's take a peek behind the scenes and see the Chef put together our extremely local Summer Pudding.

Ingredients
- Red Fruits of your choice
- Caster Sugar
- Sliced Bread

Method
- Simmer to soften fruit
- Sieve fruit mixture to separate liquid
- Line cup / ramekins with clingfilm
- Dip bread into juice and line cup / ramekins
- Add fruit & cover with bread lid
- Seal clingfilm and weigh them down
- Refridgerate for 6 hours (min)
- Enjoy with a spoon of Sorbet
