1426–2026. 600 years of the Moulin d’Opio.
At the foot of Opio, beside the river Brague, the mill has been making olive oil for six centuries.
In 1848, its stone wheels were powered by a waterwheel fed by the Brague. Today, the river, the olive groves and the old mill remain part of the landscape.
We bring our own olives here to be pressed !
