It’s grape harvest season in the Luberon. A bit early this year due to the heat waves we’ve had. That being said, more sun more flavor, 2026 is going to be a great vintage. Had so much fun with our class today working with the seasonal ingredients The Mirabelle Plum is dropping like crazy, and there is a lot you can do with this fruit. We also had a student that was a piano player in the house. Love welcoming people to La Belugue.

For those that don’t know we opened a summer w**e bar in 2020 during Covid to support our local musicians and w**e makers. We really enjoyed hosting this summer festival so we kept on doing it post covid-celebrating our 6th season.
This performance at La Cour this past Friday was magical, it brought me to tears. Bravo .toast.music

For those that don’t know, in my younger years before La Belugue, I was traveling the world for corporate work. When I founded La Belugue and my “second life “ one of my mission statements was…”If I settle in this place I want the world to come to me.” I am happy to say over the last 9 years this has happened and today we added another country to the list of visitors to La Belugue. Amazing family from Romania. Thank you for choosing La Belugue.

It’s HOT in Provence but we are keeping it COOL at the cooking school! Thank you to all the families that have been here over the last week! And thank you to all that reached out concerning the fires that are affecting our region. We are OK for now and we appreciate your concern.

Two inspiring families in today at our cooking school at La Belugue we elevated ratatouille to the elegant Provençal tian. Bravo chefs and have a great time in Provence!

Can you say girls trip! It was saucy and sweet! 10 ladies reunited in Provence from all over the world and they chose to spend their day with us at La Belugue. Thank you ladies for a wonderful day!

I think I blew my mom’s socks off today! Thanks to our beautiful village of Beaumont and Frank who graciously let us harvest the Lavender with him. She’s 80 next year and still rocking it! I love making dreams come true.
