On fait tout à pied… plage, surf, thalasso, golf, phare, centre ville, restos et commerces! Charmant petit chalet basque type T3 de 63m2 avec cour privative accueille les vacanciers qui aiment l'originalité et la simplicité d'une vieille maison. Le chalet est situé dans le quartier impérial (sur les hauteurs du quartier St. Charles) tout proche du phare et de son golf prestigieux - un des plus anc

iens d'Europe. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, le chalet est idéal pour un couple ou pour 3 personnes. Vous aurez une petite cour privative devant le chalet pour prendre vos apéros ou savourer vos repas. Traversez l'Avenue de l'Impératrice et descendez quelques marches qui s'appellent "descente de l'océan" ou "sentier des vagues" pour atteindre la plage de Miramar. La thalasso de l'hôtel Sofitel Miramar est à quelques pas, ainsi que pleins de commerces et restos du quartier St. Vous allez vous régaler ! La grande plage, Miramar et VVF Anglet Chambre d'Amour sont toutes accessibles à pied. Il y a une entrée avec un WC séparé, mur avec vieilles pierres apparentes, un petit salon avec fausse cheminée, une cuisine ouverte équipée. Petite terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur l'arrière pour prendre un café ou sécher votre linge. A l'étage petite salle de douche neuve avec sèche-serviette électrique, sèche-cheveux. Du savon, gel douche, shampooing, aménités, serviettes et draps sont à votre disposition. La grande chambre avec un sol de parquet ancien tient un placard intégré, une literie 2x2m haut de gamme (Swissflex) et un tout petit bureau ou chambre enfant avec deux matelas 1x2m superposés au sol. Habitant loin, j'ai une charmante hôtesse qui vous accueillera en français, anglais et espagnol. Vous aurez son numéro de téléphone pour arranger votre arrivée le mieux possible. Le Parking dans la rue est gratuit. L'aéroport Parme et la gare de Biarritz sont à environ 4km en taxi ou en bus - arrêts de navette gratuite multiples. San Sébastian en Espagne est à 45 min en voiture sur l'autoroute. Des trains desservent également San Sébastian.
