Dear clients,
Villa Reale has been closed during the whole period of self-isolation in France.
Rest assured that we are at present getting ready to welcome you as quickly as possible and in the best possible conditions once the hotel is open again.
Your comfort is, as always, our top priority and at Villa Reale, in addition, it is of the utmost importance to us to bring you the essential hygiene safety in this difficult period.
At Villa Reale we are putting this pause in our activity to good use, disinfecting the apartments and the communal areas thoroughly.
Once Villa Reale is open again, each apartment will be completely disinfected between clients.
Our cleaning staff will work with gloves and masks as a matter of course.
Our in-house laundry service washes bed linen and towels at 60°C …. in that way germs are completely eliminated.
All remote controls and electronic appliances will be placed in disposable bags after being disinfected.
Hydroalcoholic gel and masks will be available in each apartment.
Once the apartments have been cleaned by our staff, each door lock will be disinfected and the sealed with tape to guarantee hygiene. The same procedure will be used for door handles.
With your safety at heart, we will do everything within our power to make your stay as carefree as possible. You can count on us.
