What an amazing Morning !
The Monster Moggy made an appearance.
Well done Jason, You wasn't expecting that!
This is Jason's first ever Catfish and he played it well, he let the Catfish do what it wanted, no bullying just a 45minute of excellent fishing and pure determination. What a reward!
Unfortunately we were unable to weigh it but it flet like stone.

Chris and Ann Gaywood Dates 27 June to 11 July

This is our third visit to Etang Hirondelle.
It provided us with the best fishing experience we have ever had. Best of the carp caught:
1 x 65 lb
2 x 50 + lb
Abundance of 40lbs+ & 30lbs+

The weather whilst being over 35 C for the two weeks did not seem to put the fish off.
The facilities ideally situated lakeside are spacious and very comfortable with all the features you would get in your own home. A plunge pool is a nice addition .
A walk around the lake on the sunny afternoons showed the fish cruising on the surface in Jurassic Park size.

A Great Two weeks holiday, it was lovely relaxing by the lake, taking in the sounds of the birds and the wildlife.
My biggest carp, this trip 35lbs but I got a new PB with a stunning sturgeon.

Another great holiday, thanks Glen & Linda.
I didn't break my PB from last year but I did catch some good fish.
Largest Carp 54.8lbs Mirror & the 34lbs Grassy. I caught 2 sturgeon, biggest 35lbs. I also had carp ranging from 20lbs, Carp which have born & bred in the lake, to just under 40lbs.
A great holiday venue.
