Monday experimentation with a meal-for-one whilst Mrs Middleton is away in Poland....Pork Fillet Marinated in Chilli, Garlic, Soy and Ginger, with Tricolour Spiced Couscous, Toasted Cashews, and a Carrot, Wholegrain Mustard, and Rocket Salad....lovely with a glass of a simple Cotes du Rhone...better if shared.
