We live onsite with Charlie our 13 year old deaf Westie & 5 chickens.

I can now confirm that the wonderful Natalie Sweet who lives in a village near us has agreed to do a half day of indigo dyeing for one of our retreat afternoons. This will be a wonderful creative afternoon which will be included in the price of the retreat.
If you & a group of 3 others would like to come & join us from Thursday 3rd May to Saturday 6th May for a time to step out of the world, relax, revive & practice some Yoga, creativity & much more please contact me 🥰

After waiting so long to be able to offer a Wellness & Relaxation Retreat - here it is 😀. I am so excited to be able to tell everyone the dates will be Wednesday 3rd May to Saturday 6th May. We will be offering Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Yoga Nidra, with optional extras of massage & reflexology. An amazing space to relax, rest & revive.
Not too much packed into your days, but options to join in mindfulness walks in the beautiful Charente countryside. A possible day out to the amazing town of Saint Emillion for lunch & lots of wine tasting or maybe some creative work in a local village.

There will also be time to read, swim (weather permitting) or just have some quiet time in the many different areas on the land
The meals will all be simple, homecooked, vegetarian meals, hopefully with some vegetables from the garden.

Please contact me for details of prices which will be based on 2 people sharing a room & a bathroom. This will be a small intimate Retreat only 4 spaces available.

First brioche I’ve made. Not bad, not quite like the real thing & definitely need to brush with egg & not milk. Pretty pleased tho 😊

Finished putting in the last of veg today 😊. Hopefully should be well stocked for the summer & will be able to share with our guests. Although I have planted them some melon & tomatoes outside their door so they can pick their own 😋
