On July 3, Château Le Cagnard will welcome Richard Bergfors, CEO of Max Burgers and a passionate burger ambassador through his popular Instagram account

”That evening, I’ll be in the garden grilling burgers. As a true Francophile and burger nerd, I’m combining my two greatest passions and presenting ’Le Burger’ – probably the best burger on the Côte d’Azur,” says Richard Bergfors.

For one night, he leaves the corporate world behind to fire up the grill in the garden, offering tastes inspired by Max’s iconic flavors and his many burger journeys around the world. Guests will enjoy burgers cooked under the open sky and served both outdoors in the garden and inside the historic restaurant.

This season, Château Le Cagnard has already hosted unique guest appearances by Mikael Einarsson, Tommy Myllymäki, and Niklas Ekstedt. Now it’s Richard’s turn to join the calendar, as both a homeowner in the area and a partner of the hotel. Seats are limited. The garden is drop-in only; the restaurant takes reservations.

CHÂTEAU LE CAGNARD WELCOMES THREE LEADING SWEDISH CHEFS FOR GUEST APPEARANCES
Throughout the season, Château Le Cagnard will be visited by three of Sweden’s most renowned chefs. Each chef will bring their own identity to the restaurant, presenting exclusive menus created specifically for the evening. First up is Mikael Einarsson, chef and owner of Chez Jolie in Stockholm. He is followed by two nights with Tommy Myllymäki, known from television and the restaurant AIRA. In September, Niklas Ekstedt concludes the summer with a guest appearance. He runs the restaurants Ekstedt, Hillenberg, and the wine bar Tyge & Sessil, and is also a well-known TV personality.
