Looking forward to a busy summer season!
A few weeks left in July, and with the Tour de France passing our gîte on 11th July, it is a perfect time to visit. However due to the road closure on 11th we are only able to take bookings for the fortnight 4th to 18th July.

Gites with heated pool overlooking Dordogne valley near Sarlat, Domme and other major tourist sites.

A perfect time to come and stay at our gîte as you can see the Tour de France stage 8 on Saturday 11th July 2026 from the gîte!

As the road will be closed for much of the day best to come and stay for a fortnight, 4-18th July!

Stunning sky on Saturday evening after a storm. Beynac castle 7km from us was silhouetted beautifully!

Outside the gîte has had a bit of a makeover too! New tonnelle, pergola, tones in well with the honey coloured limestone and is perfect for drinks and alfreso meals.
We have also added a couple of reclining deckchairs.
As well as the Weber charcoal barbecue, there is also a gas barbecue sited beside our bread oven and a used wine barrel from Chateau de Fayolle to pop drinks on!

Our gîte renovations are now finished! Brand new kitchen with fully integrated fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob.
New oak flooring throughout downstairs, new tv and sofa covers too.
Bedrooms had a makeover too with added feature walls of colour, blinds and new beds on top floor.
Full for this summer but starting to taken enquiries for next summer.

We are taking bookings for our gîte only for 2025, having made the decision not to continue to rent the manoir, our home.

The gite is shortly having a new kitchen and flooring installed, and had a new roof in September.

We have also made the decision that as well as no pets allowed, we are not accepting children under 5.

The website has been updated with these changes.

Edit: only first week of July still available and a couple of weeks at the end of August.

New wind and thunderstorm resistant pergola for 2024. Curtains as well as mosquito nets to keep you cool/dry/mozzie free!

Our new pool liner with Roman steps was a great success this summer! Our guests enjoyed sitting on the steps with their feet in the water and admiring the view.

Our calendars are open for 2024 and we have had enquiries already.
