This is not just okroshka — this is summer from our garden, served cold.

Okroshka is a traditional cold soup, usually enjoyed in summer for its freshness and lightness. It’s made with chopped vegetables, herbs, and eggs, combined with a cold liquid base.

In our version, we use Greek yogurt instead of the classic base — making it softer, creamier, and lighter.
Fresh herbs and vegetables come straight from our garden, turning a simple dish into a true seasonal moment.

What if luxury wasn't imported, but grown just outside the kitchen door?

Tonight at our table d'hôte: caramelized apricots gently cooked in butter with rosemary, a salad of local goat cheese, six varieties of leaves from our garden, red currants, borage flowers, local jambon, olive oil pressed by a neighboring family, and lemon juice picked from our own garden just moments before dinner
