Pérard comprises of two adjoining self contained fully equipped gîtes, that can each accommodate 4 guests. Each gîte is open-plan downstairs with a sitting/dining/kitchen area equipped with TV, DVD, Radio & CD player, gas cooker or induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and microwave. Essentials like washing up liquids, dishwasher tabs and sponges are also supplied along with an iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided except for swimming pool towels.
