When we provide full catering at Nid des Pècles, we always look to source as locally and regionally as possible. From mountain cheeses to seasonal produce, we believe the food should feel connected to the place you’re in.

Supporting local makers and producers is important to us. It allows guests to experience the flavours of the region while helping sustain the people and traditions that make the Alps so special.

This winter was something special.
A huge thank you to everyone who came, stayed, celebrated, and shared this season with us at Nid des Pècles. From early mornings chasing first tracks to slow evenings around the table, it’s these moments, and the people behind them, that make it all meaningful.

We’ve welcomed families, friends, teams, and travellers from all over the world, each bringing their own energy into the chalets and the mountains beyond. It never goes unnoticed, and it’s something we’re incredibly grateful for.

As the season begins to wind down, we’re taking a moment to reflect, reset, and quietly start preparing for what’s next.

We’ve transformed our garage into a multifunctional part of our venue. It has been used as a gallery for brands, a music filled dance floor at events, and even a creative studio for photoshoots.

From brand shoots and private dinners to workshops and celebrations, it’s a unique space and flexible backdrop for whatever your event calls for.

We’re excited to launch the space this December 14 with a special gallery evening hosted by Gaëtan, alongside our incredible local partners. We can’t wait to see how this space continues to grow with ideas, people, and possibility.
