Day 2 of our vegan culinary retreat 🌱🇫🇷
We started the day with a delicious brunch cooked by - incredible tacos & banana bread with ice cream & an insane chocolate ganache! This set the guests up for a morning of learning about all things
cognac with the brilliant Emily at (& of course the all important tastings!) 🥃
We then took the guests for a lovely picnic at a stunning nearby spot along the river. 🌻
It was back to La Cour de Husson for some pool time, while we helped set up for Ritchie’s 12-course tasting menu! Sat in the courtyard our guests enjoyed such a fantastic evening of food, all cooked by Ritchie and Lauren, using local and seasonal ingredients with dishes including English sushi (plant based of course), Thai green curry ice cream, pickled cucumber sorbet, and so much more! This was accompanied by local wines & Pineau from 🍷
It was such a brilliant day with full bellies and tastebuds tantalised! 🥳🤤
