Four authentic holiday cottages at an ancient water mill in the heart of the Ardèche. It is situated in the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d’Ardèche.

Our intimate domain offers space, nature, peace and quiet, right in the heart of the Ardèche. We offer four comfortable self-catering holiday cottages with a truly authentic feel and a lot of privacy. Le Moulin de Lande and its vineyard lie in a small valley out of forgotten times at the banks of the stream La Lande. Our domain offers true comfort for your holidays: Both shady and sunny terraces,

a private sandy beach at the river, a big swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, wood-fired pizza oven, a children’s playground and table tennis. All cottages have WIFI internet. Sometimes our guests surprise us.

Our domain is surrounded by a region full of beautiful places to visit and wonderful things to do. But we also have guests who choose to spend much of their time right here on the estate. And honestly, we see that as one of the greatest compliments we could receive.

One of our guests did exactly that. With her camera and a keen eye for nature’s little wonders, she wandered peacefully around the estate. While others might have walked straight past them, she noticed the colourful butterflies fluttering among the flowers. She captured them beautifully, and through her photographs, she helped us see our own little corner of nature from a fresh perspective.

That’s exactly what makes Le Moulin de Lande so special. It’s not just the peace, the space and the tranquillity, but also the countless little moments you discover when you slow down and truly take the time to look around.

Whether you want to explore the beautiful surroundings or simply immerse yourself in the nature on our estate, at Le Moulin de Lande you can do both.

🛶 Adventure on the Ardèche River!

During our stay, we took the beautiful canoe trip from Vogüé to Balazuc, a route of approximately 8 kilometers along the Ardèche River, through the breathtaking landscapes of the Ardèche region. Along the way, we enjoyed calm stretches of river as well as exciting rapids that added a touch of adventure.

The highlight? The famous canoe slide, where you glide into the water with your canoe for an extra dose of fun! 💦

We also paddled along the Ardèche River through the stunning surroundings of Les Gorges de l’Ardèche – Les 2 Vallées. From the water, we admired impressive rock formations, deep gorges, and magnificent views, allowing us to experience the diverse beauty of the Ardèche in a truly unique way.

This experience is one of the most memorable activities in the Ardèche and is perfect for families, groups of friends, and adventurers who want to explore the region from the water.
