And so it begins. The painful and depressing sales process. We love our house and think there should be crowds of people queuing up to buy it! We just need one. I know you're out there somewhere. I'm going to have to get my positive thinking head on! Wish us luck. 300m2 with a separate garage of 40m2 and 2 storeys. 9 rooms, riverside garden and front terrace. 295,000€.

Well, after 8 months and even after signing the compromis, our buyer pulled out.

Following an accident, he was told that he could no longer travel....indefinitely. So, he had no choice although we are all pretty devastated. Our beautiful chambre d'hôtes is up for sale AGAIN. We have decided to put it on at the same price as before, even though there has been a price hike in the area, but we need to sell. We were only days away from signing the acte de vente, so I've already moved to the next house!

If you are serious about moving to France and want a business, this could be for you. It's in the village centre with all amenities. It's easy to run, there's plenty of business to keep you as busy as you want. Let you house work for you!

For all of you lovely people looking at our website, we thank you. However, our B&B is up for sale because we've bought the next project! Sorry, can't stay in one place for very long! We've met the most amazing people at Les Deux Rives and we truly appreciate everyone who has stayed with us. There is a website with all the for sale details if you would like to have a look. If you are interested just drop us a line and we would be happy to answer any of your questions. But if you are thinking about running a B&B in France, Les Deux Rives would be perfect for the first one. It's the ideal starter B&B!!
