Thanks to our niece it seems we are renovating the guests outdoor space. Work in progress but getting there. New lights fitted and working. AI has a lot to answer for 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

The weather has cooled a bit so I finally managed to fit the new bird boxes. The finches all congregated around or near the water butt so we are hoping some will move in. Thanks again to Bea, Daisy, Oliver, Joseph and Leo

It seems a bit surreal to be saying this when this season has not even finished but if you are thinking about 2027 please consider booking early. We have bookings already in the peak weeks and have had to turn guests away already.

Young guests in this week so we made them some bird boxes to paint. We will be hanging them around Les grands Coudrais and if birds take nest we’ll post the pictures. Thank you, Daisy, Oliver, Bea, Leo and Joseph.

Small addition to the signage on the front gate, thanks to our friends who brought the extra letters back from Spain. Only taken us 4 months to fit them. 🤣🤣

Looking good for summer, green is thickening up nicely. Looking forward to guests trying it out 🏌️‍♂️

Busy day on Friday. We had to pollard the large tree in the driveway, worried us every time the winds were strong. Hired a cherry picker but it was still a stretch to take the top branches off. Scary at times but so pleased it’s done. Won’t be long before spring now and it starts growing again.
