We are joining the 2016 throwback trend and celebrating ten years at the Moulin this year!! We bought this place and moved from Switzerland to rural France in April 2016 and, we didn’t realise at the time but it was the best move we have ever made. It’s certainly been an adventure but looking back at the photos, we have done so much (and still have so much more we want to do). Bring on the next ten years 🫶🏼🥂🥰🏡

Bienvenue ☀️ The gite doors are officially open with our first group booking kicking off this weekend 🥂 As well as weddings, Le Moulin is a great venue for group holidays and weekend breaks with luxury accommodation onsite for up to 20 people, your own pool, gardens and barn for group dining. Fingers crossed for a lovely sunny weekend for this first group of the season 🤞🏼

Did you know that our Le Moulin Wedding Package includes your very own dedicated wedding planner - that's me (Laura) and I will help you as much or as little as you like throughout the whole wedding process. From the initial planning and sourcing suppliers, organising the planning and logistics for your day, the actual wedding day itself to make sure everything runs smoothly and you can just enjoy yourselves, and even afterwards to finalise those last invoices etc. We know how tricky it can be planning a wedding, and especially a destination wedding but we want the whole process to be fun and magical and as stress-free as possible for you! So think of me as your little wedding fairy who will hold your hand, guide you through the whole thing and help you create the wedding of your dreams 🧚‍♀️

We have got this far and still not really covered food so today's post is dedicated to the fabulous caterers we work with and the delicious feasts they can create for your day 👨‍🍳. If you want something really informal like a hog roast or BBQ, a multi-course more formal wedding meal with canapés or something a bit different like pizza or a food truck then we have you covered. We work with so many amazing caterers covering all budgets, preferences, food styles and dietary requirements and will help you find the perfect one for you and your day. Bon Appetit 🍽

X... FOR XTRAS ✨
This is all the extra little bits and pieces that we can provide or help you organise to help make your day that x-tra bit more special 🤍. Things like favours, lawn games, personalised signs, photo booth, sparklers, wildflower confetti, hire of our vintage tableware, décor, transport, stag and hen activities, movie nights, day trips and other events... to name but a few 🤣 We can do anything and everything so if you have any ideas or anything else you want to include in your wedding planning then do just ask.

W... FOR WHEN?
We only do weddings at the Moulin in June, July and September each year. Because we are predominantly an outdoor venue, we need the better weather of the summer months ☀ and we keep August free for holiday bookings. We are not a wedding factory and only do six weddings per year so spaces are limited. We are already booked for 2025, have a few dates left for 2026 and are now taking bookings for 2027.
