These pictures shows a salon for guests with reservations as the owners have separate private area. The guest lounge is perfect for relaxing watching tv, nice log burner for those cold winter nights. Perfect for privacy after a busy and tiring day house hunting,the lounge provides extra space for you to relax instead of staying in bedroom.
We have a honeymoon suite with a 4 posted effect plus a family room sleeping 4. Plus a double room . All rooms are above average size providing very spacious rooms . The reviews over 6 years have remained consistant, scoring 9.7 on other major sites top score being 10 . Cleanliness has always remained extremely high on all reviews and again remained consistant.
Breakfast is plentiful with homemade jams, and as had excellent reviews on value for money. We are open to suggestions for your breakfast so to provide a home from home diet. This has to be given prior day of arrival. We provide a menu of pillows soft,medium, firm this can be arranged on arrival. Each room has ensuite plus tea coffee facilities with well stocked.
Selection of different tea and coffee ,hairdryer,toiletries,dressing gowns,towels slippers provided on request,high quality bedding,mirrors provided with 2 sides for a magnified facility for makeup,full length mirror in all bedrooms,central heating with setting 1~5 for your own personal preference,summer extra lge fans offered on arrival if required.
The house is set in a rural setting just outside Confolen Region 16500 Potier Charente South West of France.
The parking is immediate to the house with ELECTRIC GATES and is very spacious. Perfect for lge vehicles TRAILERS ETC .SECURITY WITH ELECTRIC DOORS FOR BIKES.
The town is just under a km from La Grange del houme. In the town there are many cafe plus shops, Arte cafe is fairly new and has the best cheese cake and a must when popping in for a coffee or meal when visiting the town.
As owners we have lived here for 14 years and are very knowledgeable about the area , facilities,and contacts.
