th and season of the year. dine inside or al fresco, the choice of where to eat is yours. We are a Adult only bed and breakfast. We serve a meal in the evening if you wish, or dine out in one of the many villages around and many restaurants.

We closed the door for the last time yesterday Friday 16th October. The house will revert back to a family home with the new owners.

We wish them the best.

So for now.

Thank you to everyone who has stayed, enjoyed the hospitality, relaxed by the pool, marvelled at the breakfast, or joined us for dinner during your holiday or short break. We had a fantastic time being the hosts, with some of you becoming friends.

The new chapter in our lives starts soon.

Wow finally seen two red squirrels enjoying a sunny morning in the garden.

Always thought we had one greedy squirrel, but we have two.

Hoping when I see them next I have my phone near me to snap a photo of them having fun

Enjoyed a 27c rather warm day doing some gardening. Andrew used his sit on lawn mower for the last time, as it will be going to a new home shortly.

Andrew and I have just waved our last ever guests out of the gate. A lovely couple to end our time as chambre d'hote hosts.

We have seen many nationalities over the years from all around the world. We have had the pleasure of welcoming back some lovely guests over the years who have now become friends, plus guests who have kept in touch via email and fb.

Andrew and I would like to thank you all for making this a memorable experience. As this chapter closes another will open and start.

Thank you all once again for giving us happy memories to look back on.

We have just prepared our last breakfast for our guests. Andrew has made his last trip to get freshly baked baguettes, I've just baked the last crossiants, pain au raisin and pain au chocolat. Squeezed the last fresh orange juice. We've enjoyed making breakfast for our guests over the nearly five years we've been here.
