A 18 week plan tailored for the unique demands of mountain ultra marathons - 50 mile up to 100km distance, designed for Advanced runners with multiple years of training experience, training for mountainous trail races, such as mountain ultra marathons events up to c.100km distance.

For any guests arriving with Tui you can buy your tests through Tui at v good prices . I am told that although we are amber , if you are double vaccinated you need to order only the Green package £20
for your pre-departure test before leaving Scala and your Day 2 test for once home in the UK. In Skala it is possible to take a test but the prices are now at least 55 euros for your pre-departure test or in Argostoli a rapid antigen can be taken for 20 euros if you have transport. Hope this helps anyone who is wondering what you need.

Everyone loves a race day story 🙂

4 years on already this still makes me smile when a certain athlete (No name given but there is a clue) was picked up at a race for marking his territory which is kind of against the rules!

The following weeks after we made sure that he's aware of that rule, so not to be a naughty boy again.
