Our self-guided cycling tours are designed to be flexible - you choose the rides, distances and amount of sightseeing to suit you. Use our brand new, quality Trek hybrid bikes (new Giant Ebikes and road bikes are available on demand

) & our easy to use, stress free Garmin GPS systems, preprogrammed with 30+ rides for all levels. We also provide bike breakdown assistance in the unlikely event that you should need it. Stay for 6 nights in our top rated 17th Century Farmhouse B&B (along with pool and gardens) in the Luberon Park, a great base from which to explore the beauty of Provence (Roussillon, Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, L'Isle/Sorgue, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Oppede le Vieux etc). We provide all breakfasts and 2 home cooked dinners (with complimentary wine & drinks).

Lovely weather here, so have also been doing lots of painting to get everything nice and sparkly.
The pergola and our "prison bars" are now sporting a quite chic silver coat.
And the pool fence now looks 10 years younger, might try some myself….

So have been busy working outside getting everything ship shape. As always it took way too long pruning and clearing up the 300 cypress trees.
Question - did Mr Leyland really think his cypress tree invention was a good idea?? Me, I think not.

So it's not everyday you get to ride with a Tour de France winner.
If you look carefully you'll see James and Geraint Thomas - clue he's the one with the big yellow arrow on his head!!
Last time I looked GT had raised 230k for the NHS.
Zwift is a real god send in these days of confinement - in fact never been so fit!

Our Bike Tours and Coronavirus: Update.

We are, of course, monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus in Provence very carefully, and the comprehensive steps that the French government is taking to contain it. We are currently under confinement in France, as many countries are. Thankfully this was done relatively early here, from the 15th March, as we look to bring the number of cases down.

In any case, we are getting ready to run all of our bike trips, as per normal from May 2020, unless travel is still restricted, at that time, by local or global authorities. If we are unable to start our tours in May, we will do so, as soon as we are able to.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it changes, and to proactively communicate with our guests as our planned tour dates approach.

Our Bike Tours and Coronavirus: A Message to Our Guests.

We are, of course, monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus in Provence very carefully, and the steps that the French government is taking to contain it.

As of today, we plan to run all our trips, as per normal from May 2020, unless travel is restricted by local or global authorities.

We will continue to monitor and proactively communicate with our guests, should the situation change.

Great weather last Sunday - Took the kids out for a ride to Goult - a beautiful stone village in the Luberon, Provence: great scenery with its windmill and views down into the valley. We also managed to find our first wild aspargus, tasty….

Took a ride out with the kids 27k along the nearby rail bike track up to the old Roman bridge, Pont Julien, from the year 0 BC no less!
Super flat & nice and easy for the kids.
The industrial chic of the metal box bridge, which runs over the river & is part of the bike track. A good stop - Not too much water this time of year.
