Brittany Ferries has confirmed it will not add a fuel surcharge to tickets this summer, saying most of its fuel was purchased at the start of the year before the Middle East fuel crisis.

The company says this has helped shield it from recent fuel price increases and ensures services will continue as planned across the summer season.
