This peaceful, spacious, white-stone, ‘wine chateau’ sits on a south-facing hillside, surrounded by four hectares of parkland, with a lily pond, rose gardens and cedars, oaks, olives and other mature trees, a swimming pool and a tennis court. area has just been beautifully restored, redecorated, and refurnished, with many antiques and contemporary pieces, paintings and sculptures, and books and magazines in the three spacious living rooms. Guests are accommodated in two large bedrooms (with en suite facilities) and in two suites with private sitting rooms. Perches is at the heart of the ‘Golden triangle’ - Cordes - Albi - Gaillac, close to the most beautiful ‘bastides in S.W. France: Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel, St Antonin Noble Val, Najac..…yet only 40 minutes from Toulouse. A special charm:
